I actually liked what Neil Young was noting as being tested in both France and Australia, compressed air vehicles, a noted in his 2006 interview with Charlie Rose, which I append as a new blog hereafter.
But camels would do in a pinch, that is, as the world, if you follow, might well be mostly desert by then...
